Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy:

Given the nature of handmade artisanal products, you may notice sometimes subtle imperfections. If, however, you are not happy with the item you ordered once received, we will accept returns up to 10 days of the original purchase date. Please email dokkancrafts@gmail.com  first with your request and any questions.  To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the original condition it was received. A purchase receipt must also be included. Sale or discounted items are considered final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returned items are shipped at the purchaser’s expense. All items returned or exchanged are considered the liability of the purchaser until we receive them. Once the returned item is inspected, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email confirmation. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
