The Tree of Life

The Tree of Life where small birds are looking to their future where their parents are protecting them. 

“Khayamiya” is a unique patchwork handmade art and it means "tent"  in Arabic .  The art of designing tents come from thousands of year "Khayamiya" started in the Pharaonic era and flourished after the Islamic conquest and the craft still remains. It is a fine decorative textile, famous for its durability, as it is made of thick cotton cloth covered with the patch work. Nowadays it is used to decorate people’s house as decorative pillows or for wall tapestry.
